To make joining our school easy, we’ve outlined a clear 5-step admissions process, guiding you from initial inquiry to welcoming your child into our learning community.
Step 1

At Alludio Academy, our comprehensive and transparent admissions process ensures the best possible fit for your child’s academic and personal growth. Find all relevant forms and required supporting documents below.
Step 2
Internal Verification
Your application form will be given to the appropriate lower or upper head and the applicant will be contacted to book an evaluation date.
Step 3
Evaluation
All prospective students will be required to pass an evaluation. An assessment fee of N$ 300 is to be paid in cash on the assessment day
Step 4
Acceptance / Waiting List
An acceptance or waiting list message is emailed after the results of the assessment has been received together with your registration fee invoice.
Step 5
Registration fee
Pay your registration fee to confirm the student’s space in the school and await feedback from Staff for start dates.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION SHOULD BE HANDED IN WITH THE ENROLMENT FORMS:
- Copy of learners unabridged birth certificate.
- Copy of both Parent/Guardian / Sponsor’s ID
- If guardian or sponsor:
- a certified copy of any court order or any other document confirming testamentary guardianship or legally entitled to custody.
- Financial Clearance from previous school (copy of latest school account).
- Proof of physical residence e.g electricity / water account.
- Transfer Certificate, where applicable I this must be produced on or before the first day of school).
- A completed learner report of the school where the learner is currently enrolled. (If applicable)
DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR LEARNERS WHO COME FROM OTHER SCHOOLS – ALL GRADES:
- Child’s birth certificate;
- Proof of physical address (e.g. municipal account);
- Financial clearance from previous school;
- Most recent report from previous school;
- Transfer form (must be handed in on the first day of attendance)
- Copies of BOTH parents ID’s.

Supporting Documents
All documents and forms listed below must be produced BEFORE admission can be processed.
- Completed Application Form.
- Completed Financial Clearance Form.
- Completed Student Testimonial Form.
- Copy of learners Unabridged Birth Certificate.
- Copy of both Parent/Guardian / Sponsor's ID.
- If guardian or sponsor: a certified copy of any court order or any other document confirming testamentary guardianship or legally entitled to custody.
- Proof of physical residence e.g. electricity/water account/Lease Agreement/ Deed of transfer.
- Transfer Certificate/previous school report.
- Testimonial form (please give the form, provided by Alludio, to your current school to fill in).
- Residency Permit or Study Permit (only applicable for non-Namibians).
- Custody Agreement / Guardianship documentation (if applicable).
